This had taken me weeks before I was able to finish it. I was struggling to read the book since I am a little bit confused and struggling with all “Antagonist” and “Protagonist” thing. But I did still enjoyed it at some time. The book is packed with adventure, and I honestly did not expect it to be a middle grade school kind of read. I am delighted that the book has a mixture of fairytale theme.
The characters are all well written. There is a lesson of friendship and the eagerness to be different from what people expect you to be. I just bothered that Crisanta wants to always prove herself and it makes me a little bit annoyed.
Overall, it was a good book. Quite long but still a nice read. Would definitely have my niece read this book!
