At Grave's End by Jeanine Frost

Title: At End's Grave
Series: Night Huntress, #3
Author: Jeaniene Frost
Published: January 1, 2009

It should be the best time of half-vampire Cat Crawfield’s life. With her undead lover Bones at her side, she’s successfully protected mortals from the rogue undead. But though Cat’s worn disguise after disguise to keep her true identity a secret from the brazen bloodsuckers, her cover’s finally been blown, placing her in terrible danger.

As if that wasn’t enough, a woman from Bones’s past is determined to bury him once and for all. Caught in the crosshairs of a vengeful vamp, yet determined to help Bones stop a lethal magic from being unleashed, Cat’s about to learn the true meaning of bad blood. And the tricks she’s learned as a special agent won’t help her. She will need to fully embrace her vampire instincts in order to save herself—and Bones—from a fate worse than the grave.

What a Crazy Read! This book was definitely… I don’t know the best among the past first two books? I feel like I was run by a ten wheeler truck after finishing this. And Hell! It was really GOOD!

What I think that will leave the readers speechless and laughing is the surprise of Cat’s Mom having a LOVER. Oh My God! I can’t believe it. And I NEVER in a million years did I expect this. Haha! I think this is the highlight of this book. And I love it and I still can’t make a grasp of myself after reading it. *Laughing*

As for a quick over view for this book, Bones has finally joined Cat’s Government funded team. The story progresses between Max, her father was finally dealt with. And up until Patra, Mencheres Ex-Wife enters the scene that threatens to kill Bones.

Okay, what really annoyed me in this book is Tate's refusal to give up on Cat, and the conflict over her good friend making blatant moves on her – in front of her husband, I’m wondering how much more of that Bones is going to be able to take. Geez, he won't just give up, and starts to annoy me.

A new vampire enters the scene. Vlad Tepesh (aka Dracula). In this book, He was a Master Vampire himself like Mencheres. Having a special power he becomes a handy ally to Cat and Bones survival against Patra.
